Have you ever just wanted to do nothing and waste some time and not feel guilty afterwards? I have. After a hectic day or even in the weekend, there is this feeling without a name. You want to be productive, but don't feel like doing anything. You want to go outside and explore places, but cannot be bothered to freshen up and start the bike. It is somewhere between procrastination and excitement. There is probably a name for it in German, IDK.

Then on one fine day, by chance, I stumbled upon this game on Steam. It was still in Early Access. I have had good experience with early access games. They are cheap, and mostly good community and you can watch it grow from its infancy to maybe a great game in its genre. Rust was one such game. I loved Rust. But this new game, was much more.

I have sunk in hundreds of hours into it so far, don't feel the least bit guilty. That is just brilliant game design. This game is like a mixture of Minecraft, Rust, Cities: Skylines and Factorio. But completely holds it on its own, and it is still in early access. There is a beautiful world built for you to explore, its got Tractors, Trucks and Trains, endless architecture you could create, and always work to do, without feeling like you are grinding away.

Beautiful and brilliant world design

It is a Factory building game. You are dropped in an alien exoplanet to harvest its resources and produce products, you ship off to your employer via a Space Elevator! What? This game gave me the Sci-Fi element, the planning that I love in Cities: Skylines, the insane graphics from Rust and the ability to sink hours like Minecraft.

It sells for ₹749 on Steam, approx $10 and boy is it worth the money. I must say, this game is very very Satisfactory, and it is exactly what it is called.

These were all some 30 hours in. Since then I built a lot many factories and train stations. If you ever want to check out my map, or just play with me, you can find me on Steam as ZorCIS.
